A classic British combination of raspberry with rose. This truffle is made with 66% Madagascan Valrhona chocolate rich in red fruit notes, paired elegantly with rose and raspberry. It is then encased in a dark chocolate shell and dusted in raspberry spiked Ecuadorian chocolate powder. Since the truffle is dusted in chocolate powder and not cocoa powder you will never get that initial bitterness. First experience tart raspberry followed by sweet Asian rose.
