Applewood Acres 'Vegan Honey Alternative' is hand made on their Vegan Permaculture, Market Garden, from crisp and Juicy Suffolk Apples (out of season Applewood use a local apple Juice, in the season they use their very own Orchard Apples. Applewood also infuse our recipe with there very own Lavender that they grow on site, for the delicate flavour.
This 'Honey Alternative' is delicious spread on toast, drizzled over breakfast oats and cereals, used in baking, and simply amazing to make sweet and sticky sauces!
