Cuvee Secrete Merlot/Cabernet NSA x1 (France)
Stunning ‘no added sulphur’ wine from Paul Mas in the Languedoc. 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc, this captures the warmth of the southern-French sunshine in the juicy black fruit flavours and the herbal/spicy finish is nicely appetising.
Insieme Nero d'Avola NSA x1 (Italy)
Insieme means together, reflecting the partnership with South Africa's Stellar Winery that helped create this No Added Sulphur wine. Juicy damson and bramble fruits shine through - a purer wine would be hard to find!
Stellar Cabernet Sauvignon x2 (South Africa)
This Cabernet has had no sulphites added and is all the better for it. Soft blackberry fruits and gentle tannins give a soft mouthfeel, brimming with fresh fruit.
