Meet the Maker
Since 1964 Buttermilk have had a passion for confectionery. Buttermilk is a family run business, headed up by Tracy and David, and they are proud of our Cornish roots and traditional fudge shop in the heart of Padstow.
From lemon meringue, to hot cross bun and Cornish pink gin, they relish inventing new fudgy flavours. Though we also know you can’t beat the sweet, creamy and buttery crumbly-ness of firm favourites like clotted cream and double deadly. Over time the business has grown, and we now have a purpose built Buttermilk Kitchen in Bodmin, Cornwall. There, their craft team of confectionery ninjas lovingly hand make our award winning treats. In a nod to our heritage, we’ve kept our traditional Buttermilk logo on these treats. After all, they are rather proud of our 55 years experience in all things fudge.
