The Big Vegan Cheese Making Kit
The Big Vegan Cheese Making Kit is a great way to enjoy some beautiful, fresh, healthy cheese alternatives. The kit makes six different varieties of nut based cheese (Mozzarella, Ricotta, Mascarpone, Halloumi, Feta, Parmesa). Simply combine cashews or macadamias with the ingredients in the kit along with a little almond milk and you'll be eating your own homemade vegan cheese in no time.. some recipes take less than half an hour!
There’s enough ingredients to make 20 batches. There’s no need to make it all at once though… that would be a crazy amount of cheese! Stored in your cupboard this kit will last absolutely ages (well over a year) so you have plenty of time to enjoy it and dip in and out of cheese making.
You don't need any special equipment, just a blender and a pan. It's incredibly straight forward and the results taste great!

The Big Cheese Making Kit was set up by Ailsa in 2016, and she has since expanded the range to include the Big Vegan Cheese Making Kit! Lots of trial and error and countless recipe edits have contributed to the absolutely delicious kit we have today. Ailsa was awarded an MBE for services to the Food Industry, so even The Queen is a fan!
