Vivani is a German brand specializing in organic chocolate, established in 2000 by EcoFinia GmbH. The brand is renowned for its commitment to high-quality, organically farmed ingredients and ethical sourcing practices.
Vivani's chocolates are made entirely from organically farmed ingredients, adhering strictly to European organic regulations. The cocoa used is sourced exclusively from small-scale farming cooperatives in Ecuador and the Dominican Republic, ensuring fair trade practices. Notably, Vivani avoids the use of emulsifiers like soy lecithin, often derived from genetically modified soybeans, and instead uses raw cane sugar as a sweetener.
Each Vivani chocolate bar features elaborate packaging designed by artist Annette Wessel. Her abstract paintings aim to visually represent the essence of each chocolate variety, adding an artistic touch to the product presentation.
